Nestled in the woods above the Bow and Spray rivers, you will find our Bavarian cottage-style Waldhaus Restaurant. Feast on a hearty menu featuring authentic Alpine cuisine, including Schnitzel and Fondue, in an atmosphere reminiscent of an old hunting cottage. Dark wood paneling, a large fireplace, and a beautiful wine cabinet housing an excellent wine selection, set the tone for a memorable dining experience in our "House in the Forest".

They didn't join the rooms. They just sealed it and covered over. There is also the story of the ghost bride who died falling down the stairs the day of her wedding.

The stories are true. I have pleasant memories of my stay there

Yes there are a few. Recommend to have reservations.

Yes

No, they do not.

All depends on your duration of stay. There is street parking. A paid lot for mid length stays or if you have a car and are spending a few days at the hotel they have valet and a parking structure. I used the structure and self parked. Its a 2 minute walk from the front door of the hotel

Yes they absolutely do. They have a dedicated department for that. There is even a showroom dedicated for that there.

Hi Neeraj!?? Glad you ask! The Legend has it that a man murdered his wife and young daughter before committing suicide in Room 873. But if you’re hoping to reserve that room during your stay, you’re out of luck. Paranormal activity in Room 873 apparently reached such a fever pitch that the hotel decided to brick up the room—thus setting its otherworldly legend in stone. Though the hotel may not want to discuss the veracity of the reports surrounding Room 873, they’ve embraced their other ghosts with a family-friendly Halloween Heritage Ghost Tour. If you’re discreet, perhaps you can sneak off to the eighth floor for your very own ghost hunt! However, we may never know the truth behind the historical CP Rail Hotel past secrets, but if one things for sure something happened with room 873 that no one wants us to know. Pictures: https://immrfabulous.com/2018/10/30/the-cover-up-of-haunted-room-873-in-banff/ I hope this give you some direction's. Goodluck on your gost hunt! Cheers ✌?
